Planned assistance coordinating submission and return of eligible documents for use outside the United States.

An apostille authenticates a public official’s signature, capacity and, where appropriate, seal. It does not approve a document’s contents. California apostilles are issued by the Secretary of State.
Before your appointment
- Identify the country where the document will be used.
- Tell us the document type and where it was issued.
- Confirm whether you have an original, certified copy or notarized document.
- Ask the receiving organization about translation or additional requirements.
Common questions
Do you issue the apostille?
No. We are planning a private assistance service. The appropriate government authority issues the apostille; we are not a government office.
Does every document need notarization first?
No. Requirements depend on the document and the official whose signature must be authenticated. Some public records require an appropriately certified copy.
Can you guarantee a turnaround time?
Government processing and delivery times vary. Estimates will distinguish our handling from government processing and delivery.
What will the quote include?
Our assistance charge, applicable government fees, delivery and any other agreed services.
