Need to change your plans?
Call or text as soon as you need to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellation, late-arrival, travel or refund terms that apply to your appointment will be disclosed before you agree to it.
If a notarization cannot be completed
A notarization depends on the required identification, personal appearance and other requirements for the act. An appointment or payment does not guarantee that a document can be notarized. Any agreed travel or other applicable charges will be explained in advance.
