Where is Form & Seal located?
Our office location is 18000 Chatsworth St, Granada Hills, CA 91344, inside Le Rêve Salon and Spa. Please contact us before visiting. Planned office hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm; Sunday and Monday are by appointment.
Can you come to my home or workplace?
Mobile signing is planned by appointment within approximately 15 miles of our Granada Hills office. Send your ZIP code first. We confirm the address, timing and separate travel charge before a visit is accepted.
What should I bring for a notarization?
Bring the complete document and identification acceptable under California notary rules. Every signer whose signature requires notarization must personally appear. Ask the receiving organization about witnesses and the required notarial act.
Should I sign my document in advance?
Ask before signing. A jurat requires signing in the notary’s presence. Requirements depend on the notarial act; the receiving organization or your attorney should confirm which act is needed.
Can you tell me which form or notarial certificate to use?
No. A notary cannot choose your legal document, select a notarial act for you or give legal advice. Ask the receiving organization or a qualified attorney.
Do you issue apostilles?
No. Form & Seal is a private business, not a government office. Our planned assistance service coordinates eligible documents; the appropriate government authority issues the apostille.
Is Live Scan available yet?
Live Scan is a future service. Fingerprint roller certification, equipment and provider approval are separate requirements. We will announce availability when setup is complete.
How will pricing work?
The quote will identify the service charge and any mobile travel, government processing, printing or delivery charges that apply. You approve the details before confirming. Published prices will be added after the fee schedule is finalized.
Does sending a request reserve a time?
No. A message starts the conversation. A visit is confirmed only when the service is available and we have agreed the timing, location, preparation and quote.
Can I upload my ID or documents here?
No upload is needed to ask about a visit. Please keep identification images, Social Security numbers, financial records and document contents out of the request. We will explain any necessary document-handling process separately.
